A blend of 53% Chardonnay and 39% Pinot Noir with 8% still Redwine from Mareuil. The wine is very clean and pure, and the addition of the still component has given more structure and depth. The wine has no dosage so relies entirely on the quality of the fruit. Non-dosage blends are an emerging new style and this is one of the very best.
