A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay all sourced from Grand cru vineyards. The Pinot giving structure and power while the Chardonnay providing elegance and finesse. It has a fine elegant fruity aroma and a lovely creamy texture. Crisp and dry, it has a good lively mousse with excellent length of flavour.
