Billecart-salmon
The brut reserve contains an unusual high percentage of Pinot Meunier (40%) with 30% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. It shows a fine bead and has a mature but fresh nose with aromas of baked bread, ripe pear and spice. The Meunier component has given the wine a forwardness and approachability. With a very long and clean finish it is a marvelous aperitif style.
