The cuvee is a blend of 40% Chardonnay from the Grand Crus of the Cote de Blancs, and 60% Pinot Noir from the Grand Crus of the Montagne de Reims. Pale golden colour with a lively, fine bead. The nose shows very ripe fruit, floral notes and hints of warm brioche. The palate is fine, elegant and rich, wonderful balance and length.
