45% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Meunier-light, pale straw colour, very fresh, clean and crisp aperitif style with some floral notes and Redberries/ apples. Seamless with no variety dominating, opens up in the glass with tropical fruits coming to the fore, peaches, and a waxy vanillin note on the finish.- Served with salmon over lunch made for a magical combination.
