Amongst the oldest original grape varieties still growing in the Barossa Valley is a group known as the Muscats. The finest & most concentrated spicy flavours are derived from a berry which is smaller & more flavoursome than its larger cousins. Known as Muscat Au Petit Grains or Muscat De Frontignac. Its unique flavour is the result of time and patience while the wine barrel ages for up to 30 years. This wine is a blend of 5 different White and Red muscats, carefully cellared.
