Valdespino is one of the oldest and most traditional Sherry houses. They still ferment a large proportion of their wines in wood, giving their wines added depth and complexity. Of reddish ambre colour, the powerful nose evokes the dry nut and fruits. The liqueur-like mouth reveals notes of mocha coffee and honey. The fresh final evolves/moves on nut and fig.
