It has a lively, spicy, perfumery lift, which is very well balanced by the presence of well-integrated oak. The palate is similar with a racy acid spine. Fine, cedary oak provides a harmonious and structured element that is neither brash nor dominant which complements the savoury Morello cherry flavours. A wine that cries out for food.
