A classic blend of two of the world's great varieties, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, sourced from our vineyards situated in the South Burnett, Queensland. Sweet ripe cassis with hints of herbal mint and spice give a lifted bouquet. Very light use of oak allows ripe fruit such as black cherries and plums to dominate the palate. Soft cigar box tannins give the wine a long, chocolatly finish.
