The wines just continue to improve every single vintage, and the fact that they are the largest producer in the region shows that big is not always 'bad'. This is a classic example where the 'hands off' approach to wine-making and focus on the quality of fruit triumphs. Very Northern Rhone in style with exotic spice and meaty aromas, the palate is lush and complex with very fine grained tannins. a benchmark example of what heights Yarra Shiraz can achieve.
