The wine is quite remarkable. It is a little different to many other Australian Sparkling Reds. It?s made from Shiraz and Pinot, exhibits trademark Craiglee peppercorn characters, with beautiful raspberry aromas on the nose. On the palate the wine comes alive, with all the flavors accentuated courtesy of the effervescence.
