canopies allowing natural fruit ripening. The
fruit is picked and gently pressed and the
juice allowed to settle naturally before being
filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain
fresh fruit characters. Bright golden in colour with aromas of fresh fruits and a velvety and full palate with a persistent bead and fresh finish.
