canopies allowing natural fruit ripening. The
fruit is picked and gently pressed and the
juice allowed to settle naturally before being
filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain
fresh fruit characters. Pale translucent pink in colour, fresh fruit aromas with strawberry and musk, velvety and full with a persistent bead and fresh finish.
